		<description>The question of conflict is an interesting one. What if one of the 25% steps conflicts with one of the 10x ones, surely I could just tackle that once the urgent things are out of the way?

I think, on some level, there will always be &lt;strong&gt;some&lt;/strong&gt; conflict between the two, even if only because doing one means I&#039;m not doing the other...

What do you reckon?

By all means treat the 25% as short-term and urgent, but do be careful not to let those steps *conflict* with the ones to the 10x view.

Other that that, I think they&#039;re great goals, and I&#039;ll help all I can towards them.
