I once gave to it a testimonial. It is a very interesting course, with lot of eye-opening details (I don&#039;t get any penny for recommending it to you here now, I just truly love this course). It teaches what is a jet lag, why we feel sleepy, why Monday is so horrible usually :) and how to make it easier :) and most of all - it tells you how to reduce sleep hours and feel more energized. Accordingly to what you&#039;re writing above - it&#039;s exactly what you need. :)

		<description>I have a huge problem with sleep, I get in such an art mode I don&#039;t want to go to bed, next thing I know it&#039;s 2am and I have to get up at 6:40!!  I have found lately that I have to keep myself from going into my studio after 9pm.  I do make notes of things I want to do so when next I&#039;m in the studio I will remember all of those great ideas I have late at night.  I think people with lots of creativity have trouble shutting their brains off and really need to work at channeling it into healthy time patterns.  When I do force myself to bed I really accomplish so much more the next day.  You just have to convince your overactive brain that this is true when you are up with a spinning brain late at night.   I&#039;ve been reading this site for the last half hour, I found you on ETSY  and I REALLY SHOULD BE IN BED!!!    Good luck with your  Bright Achievements!!
